Description: This Field Service Technician candidate will be responsible for routine repair and maintenance of mailing and shipping software and hardware. The successful candidate will be called upon to use their technical and organized understanding of client equipment to assist customer in maximizing full productivity from their equipment.

  • Knowledge of PC hardware and software systems
  • A minimum of two years proven experience in building and enhancing Customer relationships
  • A strong electro-mechanical aptitude

Other Responsibilities: Performing routine preventative maintenance on customer’s equipment. Web based and hands on training of all new products and services offered to customers. Work with sales team to demonstrate, install, and train clients on new equipment.
